Only about 50% of kids and teens in the U.S. have access to afterschool programs. The BGCLBC works hard to provide safe, inclusive, affordable and accessible programs where young people feel seen, supported, and are set on a path to reach their full potential. Our Clubs are a lifeline- a bridge connecting school, community, and home.

Most of the over 4,000 youth we serve face signifigant economic challenges. As many of our families prepare for the new school year, food insecurity and the cost of backpacks,
notebooks, and other basic supplies is more than just a burden, it’s a barrier to learning, BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THAT!
